The magic:
A few weeks after an in-person meeting to introduce our programs Emory-Proton reached out to see if we could aid in supplementing their playroom. A list of available items was presented and an inquiry as to potential needs beyond this list. Items were selected and extras were inquired after and much to the delight of Emory-Proton were tracked down and added to the build out list. A date was set for delivery and assembly. The EPCF team, Child Life Specialist and Nurses worked together assembling tables, chairs, and a storage cabinet which was then filled with goodies for the children. It was an uplifting experience.
