An offer of support and a selection of unique items is sent to our hospital partners in Georgia. The goal is to provide as much support as possible. We’ve worked closely with Child Life Specialists to identify and source the items that will have a positive impact for the children under their care.
Hospitalization can disrupt normal development in children by introducing stress, anxiety, and a lack of routine, which can impact emotional, social, and cognitive growth. Play serves as a vital therapeutic tool, helping children process their experiences, express emotions, and maintain cognitive skills, ultimately supporting their overall well-being and recovery.
